• How do I apply a membership?
  • For registration as new member, you will need to add “PUSTAKA RAKYAT MEMBERSHIP” in your shopping cart. Relevant information such as IC no. is required for this process. Immediate discount of 10% will be applied to the cart once the membership product is added.
  • Please select pick up from store during ‘CHECK OUT” from any location in order to enjoy membership benefits.
• How much is the membership fee?
  • PUSTAKA RAKYAT membership fee is RM 12.00 for one year. Valid for one year from the date of applying.
• Do I get a member card if I apply membership?
  • Only member card number will be given to member, no physical card will be given.
• My membership is expired, how do I renew my membership?
  • You can add “PUSTAKA RAKYAT MEMBERSHIP” in your shopping cart, this will extend your membership for one year.
  • Membership renewal is on an annual basis, with the sum of RM 12.00 fee.
• Why is my membership discount not showing?
  • Membership discount will only show if a valid PUSTAKA RAKYAT Card no. is entered in your Account Information. 
• I am a PUSTAKA RAKYAT member, how do I link my current membership to PUSTAKA RAKYAT ONLINE BOOKSTORE?
  • You can link your membership during registration process. Please click the link membership button in order to enjoy membership benefits.
  • If you have not link your membership during the registration process, please contact our customer service at [email protected] or whatsapp (6016-203 3713) for more information.
  • For first-time member, the verification process may take 24 hours.
• What are the items that are entitled with membership discounts?
  • All items are entitled with memberships discounts except offer or promotional items and nett price items.
• Can I share my membership to my friends and family?
  • Sorry to inform you that a membership can only be linked with one user.
• My order was made without discount, how will my discount be refunded?
  • You will be charged only when your order is completed and ready for dispatch. As such, the relevant discount will be applied during processing before being charged to you. There is no refund to be processed.
    Please email us with your Order No. if you realized that you have made the order without your membership discount. Please provide your valid PUSTAKA RAKYAT Card no. and expiry date, and name on card for our verification. 
  • However if you have signed into your account when visiting our Online Store without fiIling in the correct membership details, we will not provide any refund for the transaction that is not discounted. Thus, please make sure you have UPDATED your membership details in order to enjoy our membership benefits.
